Exchange/ refund Policy
Items are eligible for a exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery for online orders.
After 30 days, an exchange will be offered on unusual defects on jewelry purchased at regular price. The customer can return their item at their own expense by mail. The boutique will take care of the costs and actions afterwards in order to satisfy our customers. Please allow 10 business days to complete the exchange.
No exchanges or refunds will be given for wear and tear such as scratches, stains or other breakage caused by negligence. All promotional jewelry are final sale

Shipping
Your order will be processed in priority between 5 to 10 business days depending on the availability of the model of jewelry selected.
Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end .
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
