Exchange / Refund Policy

Items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery for online orders. All items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

After 30 days, an exchange will be offered on unusual defects on jewelry purchased at regular price, valid for 3 months. The customer can return their item at their own expense by mail. Please allow 10 business days to complete the exchange.

No exchanges or refunds will be given for wear and tear such as scratches, stains, or other breakage caused by negligence. All promotional jewelry is final sale.

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
